The International Bank for Economic Co-operation (IBEC, www.ibec.int) was established on October 22, 1963 in accordance with an international agreement registered with the United Nations Secretariat. The Republic of Bulgaria, Mongolia, the Russian Federation, Romania (until 9.6.2023) and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam are its member countries.
The Embassy of the Slovak Republic in Moscow notify by note of 28 July 2022 that the Slovak Republic withdraws from participating in the Agreement on Organization and Articles of the International Bank for Economic Co-operation and it becomes effective on 30 January 2023.
