Government Debt Management Strategy
The strategy of the state debt management is a principal document that sets the basic framework and direction of the debt management policy for the given period. The strategy covers only the part of the debt and liquidity management under the direction of the Ministry of Finance, i.e. state debt and the liquidity of government-controlled subjects. Individual provisions, stipulating the rules for risk management of the state debt, limits of the state's position and supervision system, are derived from this document. The strategy is made for 4 years, correspondig to the government terms of office, with annual updates.
