Sphere of authority and competences:
The Educational and Training Facility VS - Financie Tatranská Lomnica (hereinafter referred to as “VDZ VS - Financie”) of the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic (hereinafter referred to as the “MF SR”) was established in accordance with Act No. 303/1995 Coll. on budget rules, by Decision of the Minister of Finance of the Slovak Republic No. 14/1996 of 5 June 1996, No. 2251/1996-sekr., to which the Charter of Establishment is an annex, with effect from 1 July 1996.
VDZ VS - Financie is a state-budget funded organisation, which is connected to the budget of the budget chapter of the Ministry.
VDZ VS - Financie is a legal entity acting in its own name in legal relations.
According to the Charter of Establishment, as amended, the subject of the organisation’s activities includes:
- provision of material and technical facilities for education, professional and language training of the employees of the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic,
- provision of material and technical facilities for training and work activities organised by the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic for government employees,
- provision of rest and relaxation for the employees of the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic.
